Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us info@kosecom.com by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts for the supply of digital content: The right of withdrawal expires when the entrepreneur has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has given express consent to early performance and has confirmed knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance by the entrepreneur.
